Director's Message

Students and staff had a great week at Eagle Academy.  We are all building relationships and learning new skills.

Everyone enjoyed another barbecue today.  It's wonderful to see our students interacting and making new friends.

Student Achievement

 

Student of the Week and Month

Every week here at Eagle Academy students earn points for their academics, effort, and behavior. At the end of the week, our highest earner wins the title of Student of the Week, a free breakfast sandwich, and 200 points for the school store. Big congratulations to Andy for earning Student of the Week!!! We are so proud of you!

Science and Marshmallows

Mr. Langhurst's classes took on a challenge this week.  The students needed to build "water towers" out of marshmallows that could hold the weigt of a 100 pennies!

Water Bottles

This week students had the opportunity to decorate water bottles with our AtlantiCare Health specialist, Ms. Pulley.

Students in Mr. Langhurst's class did experiments this week to see which was more effective, Hand Soap or Hand Sanitizer.

Eagle Academy Work Progam

Eagle Academy Work Program

The Eagle Academy Work Program will begin on September 25.  Students will be supporting in cafeterias, classrooms, and libraries across the district.  We will also be re-opening Eagle Brew the same day.
